What is Crystal Reiki?
Crystal Reiki is not like traditional Usui Reiki.
It is a channeled healing system that uses 15 sacred symbols to work in synergy with crystals. These symbols are designed to amplify the natural healing energy of crystals, helping to promote deep transformation across physical, emotional, mental and spiritual layers.
Whereas traditional Usui Reiki primarily channels life force energy through the practitioner’s hands, Crystal Reiki takes a different approach by integrating the energetics of crystals and into the healing process. Crystals are used as a tool to amplify the energy of the symbols, creating a powerful environment for healing.
By working with both the energy of the symbols and the properties of crystals, Crystal Reiki promotes balance and alignment in every aspect of life, helping you tap into deeper healing and transformation.
The Origins of Crystal Reiki
There is a lot of confusion on who exactly brought this system forward. However, I was told that this system was channeled directly from Source energy and carries a deep connection to the healing arts of Lemuria and Atlantis — ancient civilizations known for their profound spiritual wisdom and connection to both the Earth and the cosmos.
When I first encountered Crystal Reiki in 2013, I was also exploring the ancient energies and teachings of Lemuria. It felt like an intuitive remembrance, as if I was reconnecting with something I had known deeply in my soul.
This resonance reaffirmed for me that Crystal Reiki holds the frequency of these ancient, heart-centered ways of healing and spiritual living.
My Relationship With Crystal Reiki
My relationship with Crystal Reiki has unfolded over time. I have worked with it in meditation, energy sessions, grounding practices and periods of deep personal exploration. There were years when it was central to my practice and other times when it rested quietly in the background.
Recently, that relationship has re‑activated in a new way.
It’s become clear that Crystal Reiki is not something I “apply”. It is a field of awareness I work within. It shapes how I listen to crystal energy, how information comes through and how I interpret and guide others in their own intuitive process.
What Makes Crystal Reiki Different
Crystal Reiki is intuitive, adaptive and relational.
Each symbol carries a distinct energetic quality. Some relate to grounding and centering, others to physical healing, emotional balance, spiritual awareness or integration across worlds. When these symbols are held in relationship with specific crystals, a living field forms where information, guidance and insight can arise.
Communication may come through sensation, inner knowing, imagery, words or subtle energetic shifts. The practitioner listens, interprets and translates what comes through, while remaining grounded in discernment and choice.
Crystal Reiki is not about force, fixing or outcomes. It is about attunement, communication and trust.
How Crystal Reiki Lives Within Ocean Energy Wellness
Crystal Reiki is woven quietly but intentionally into my work at Ocean Energy Wellness.
It is not offered as a formal, structured session or taught as a standalone modality. Instead, it informs the energetic environment I create, the way I work with crystals, the currents I guide and the interpretations and reflections I offer.
Through this approach, clients are supported not only in receiving energetic insight, but in developing trust in their own intuitive way of reading energy. The goal is not dependency on a system or practitioner, but growing confidence in one’s own perception and alignment in daily life.
Crystal Reiki supports deeper awareness, energetic literacy and a felt sense of connection, both with crystal consciousness and with one’s own inner knowing.
Crystal Reiki is often misunderstood or oversimplified. Many approaches merge crystals and Reiki and call it Crystal Reiki, but the system I work with is a distinct, channeled modality that I was formally trained in and have lived with for many years.
