How Do You Know Which Diet To Eat?

Wellness is defined as the state of being in good health.

I AM sure you know but your health is affected by so many different factors. 

  • Food & Drink
  • Thoughts
  • Emotions
  • Movement
  • Environment
  • Medicine

There is no one that you can do to be HEALTHY!  There are many different factors that play into this, as you can see from the list. 

As you know if you step out into the real world, everyone says there is a way that you can eat or do thing that will give you the best health ever.  In every diet plan, there are people who have been successful in reaching their goals.

There is one way of doing things-  that is to follow your own intuition and understanding how your body actually operates.  

What does it mean to be successful?  There are so many different groups when it comes to eating food:

  • Low glycemic
  • Gluten free
  • Vegetarian
  • Vegan
  • Raw
  • Paleo
  • Keto, etc.

How do you know which diet to eat?

Ask yourself one question, "What are your goals?"

Let's not forget that our bodies can help us, if we listen to them, to determine what we need.  

I have been living in such fear in this area because I wanted to do what was right for the environment, society, ascension and myself.  The thought of going to get food every week...upset me and put me into a panic mode.  

What to buy?  What to eat? When?  Can you even trust any of these companies?  EEEEKKKK!

No wonder I just wanted to drink coffee all day and escape my life in some way.  

My goal is to increase my energy, lose a few pounds and feel happy in my body.

So what I have come to realize is that I AM being guided to eat foods to nourish my gut, let go of all processed + sugar foods and to add more animal protein and healthy fats into my diet.  

I AM listening to my body.  

Taking it one day at a time!
