This essential oil blend is known as a protective blend and a great immune boosting blend.  It consists of Wild Orange, Clove, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus and Rosemary.  The beadlets are wonderful because they contain 1/4 of a drop of oil from the bottle which is the perfect amount if you need a quick pick me up.

How to use this blend:

  • Add 3-4 drops into your diffuser to purify the air and reduce environmental threats.
  • If applying on topically, apply one drop with a carrier oil, such as Fractionated Coconut Oil, Coconut Oil.  For my kids, I like to apply it to the bottom of their feet.  This helps give our bodies added immune support while supporting the bodies natural antioxidant defenses.*

Remember, not all essential oils are made the same.  I AM only sharing based off my own personal experiences and that is why I only recommend dōTERRA.  You can learn more about why I choose this brand here: Essential Oils.  I always suggest adding a carrier oil to essential oils when applying them topically.  This is to help minimize skin sensitivity.  Putting them on the bottom of the feet is the best place to start!
