How to Use These Oils:
Diffuse: Fill a room lightly, take a few breaths and notice your energy shift
Inhalation: Place a drop on your palms, rub together and inhale deeply
Pulse Points: Apply a drop to wrists, temples or the back of the neck before meditating, journaling or movement practices
Use them however feels right for you — even one drop can make a difference in helping your energy settle and your mind reconnect with your inner rhythm.
