The Ocean Taught Me to Look Beneath the Surface. My connection with the ocean began long before I understood why it mattered.

From Marine Science in Hawaiʻi to working alongside dolphins, sea turtles, sharks and other marine life, I learned that the ocean communicates in ways that don't always require words.

It taught me about presence, resilience, trust, connection and change. And eventually, I began to recognize those same lessons within myself.

The ocean became more than a place I loved. It became a guide.

Ocean Energy Wellness grew from that relationship. A way of bringing the wisdom I've discovered beneath the surface into the way we navigate our own lives.

Today, I combine ocean wisdom, energy awareness and spiritual guidance to create space for women to slow down, listen within and trust what they already know.
